Too much on your plate?
Let’s take something off.

Start with the headache, not the software
A small-business owner stepping out of their shop into bright late-morning light with a coffee, the open sign still lit behind them and a tablet on the counter quietly showing a dashboard and a chat bubble

When your systems don’t talk, you end up doing their work.

Orders get entered twice. Calls get missed. Equipment fails without warning. Reports arrive after the decision was due. It all lands on your desk.

We find what’s slowing your operation down, connect what you already use, and build the right automation or support around the problem. Start with one bottleneck and a sensible first step.

Industries

Pick your operation.
We'll meet you there.

Every page below is written for the people who run that kind of business — the problems they carry, the equipment they already own, and what one connected view with automations changes about a working day.

    Don't see your operation?

Every business we work with gets the same connected view, built around how it actually runs. Tell us what you do and we will show you what it could look like.

One of the real guided scenarios

The night Bay 3 went dark

The headache

At −21 °C a closed tomato house can freeze within hours, and the thing that fails is often the climate computer itself, not the thermometer. The dialler watches air temperature and power. It does not watch the controller's heartbeat, the boiler, or whether the generator will start. Nobody finds out until the house is already cold.

What changes

The on-call grower hears about the controller at 01:53, not about the temperature at zero, and the incident record writes itself. Whether the crop is saved still depends on the fail-safe, the boiler and the electrician.

How we help

Ways we can help
your business.

Tell us what's going wrong and we'll tell you honestly whether technology can fix it. Sometimes that is one small automation. Sometimes it is a fully custom end-to-end AI system, a Wi-Fi setup, a network rebuilt from the ground up, or a part printed overnight so you are holding the prototype — or the fix — instead of waiting weeks for a replacement.

AI Client services Agents

Be there for your client 24/7

Real conversations. Happy guests. More bookings. Less stress.

Bookings and questions arrive at 11pm from a guest four time zones away — on WhatsApp, on your website, or by email. Instead of silence, they get a real conversation about your hours, prices, and availability, and the booking lands on your calendar instead of in a voicemail waiting for you in the morning. It answers in the language they wrote in, only ever quotes what you actually offer, and hands anything unusual straight to you with the whole conversation attached.

3D Printing and Design

Scanned, modelled,
printed here.

Scanning, modelling and printing done here — the replacement part that stops a machine earning, the prototype you want in your hand this week, and the custom pieces that make a space look like yours.

Bring us the broken part, a sketch or just a photo with a measurement. Most jobs start with a sample in your hand within days, and once the file exists the next one is a reprint, not another project.

Parts that don’t take six weeks to import

Back running Thursday, not next month.

A cracked bracket, a discontinued fitting, a broken housing on a machine that earns you money every day. We 3D scan the original, model it, and print the replacement locally in engineering materials — carbon-fibre ASA, PC, nylon — instead of waiting on a container and customs. Same goes for a new idea: hold the first prototype in days, not months. Once the file exists we keep it on record, so the next time that part fails it's one message and a print run, not another six-week wait.

Ben Gumbley
Who you'd be working with

Hi, I'm Ben Gumbley
Engineer first, plain language always.

Eighteen years in enterprise technology — network engineering, then private 5G, now AI. Most recently I've been designing and shipping production AI: customer-service agents, self-healing network AI, and the governance framework that let them go live.

I started Gumbley Technologies because good advice shouldn't only be available to companies with an enterprise budget. Same engineering, plain language, honest scope — whether you're a national carrier or a shop with six employees.
